Team Member Application

Thank you for your interest in supporting Fish N Brew, PCSC’s annual fundraiser and a beloved community tradition in Forks.

This year marks the 35th anniversary of the event, and for the first time, we are hiring paid, part-time help to support planning, outreach, and event execution.

Who We’re Looking For People Who:

  • Love community events, creativity, and conservation

  • Can manage their own time and tasks

  • Enjoy building something new and meaningful

  • Communicate clearly and reliably

  • Can be part of a collaborative team

How We Will Work Together

  • Each team member will:

    • Track time and tasks independently

    • Submit weekly timesheets
      Be paid every other month in April, June, August, and October

    • Attend three in-person board meetings in March, June, and September

  • Work begins immediately, and continues through Fish N Brew, Saturday October 3rd

  • Work will mostly be done remotely at your own time and space, we expect you have a reliable laptop and phone

  • You will not be an employee of PCSC. There are no health care benefits, no paid time off, and no paid holidays.

Compensation

We will offer hourly rates from $18–$25 an hour, paid monthly.

Your rate will be determined through your application materials, portfolio or example work, and in-person interview.
